Who decides, and who answers for it, when AI shapes judgements that used to be the teacher's own.
Teachers are expected to use professional judgement. This theme asks how that judgement is supported or squeezed when AI systems make suggestions, rank pupils’ work or set the pace. It also examines the ethical dilemmas teachers face and how responsibility is shared between teachers, schools and tool providers.
